Andrew Harvey:

Internationally renowned religious scholar, writer, and teacher, Andrew Harvey is the author of over thirty books, including the critically acclaimed Way of Passion: a Celebration of Rumi, Journey to Ladakh, The Return of the Mother, and Son of Man. He is also co-author of the bestselling The Tibetan Book of Living and Dying. His latest book is The Direct Path: Creating a Journey to the Divine Using the World's Mystical Traditions.

Born in south India in 1952, he studied at Oxford University and became a Fellow of All Soul's College in 1973. He has devoted the last twenty-five years of his life to studying the worlds various mystical traditions, living in London, Paris, New York, and San Francisco. He has taught at Oxford University, Cornell, The California Institute of Integral Studies, and the University of Creation Spirituality. He lives in Nevada.
